My name is Anthony Caputo and I am the founder of “I Am Hear”. I have suffered from anxiety for over 30 years, and I finally found a real and effective way to overcome it. I have helped thousands of people like you do the same. It’s effectiveness comes from the fact that it’s based on first-hand experience, and not “textbook” theory.

As a recovered anxiety sufferer, I know that finding people you trust to help you is very difficult. I hope I can be this person for you but you need to decide this for yourself.

Now, let me tell you a bit about my story, so you can see how I did it for myself and why it’s so effective. I’ve suffered too, You’re never alone.

First, I know what you are going through. I know what it’s like to live in a constant state of fear and not being able to talk about it. They can’t seem to understand, so it just gets harder and harder to trust anyone. Then you start to create these false realities and try to do it all on your own way. But you are only really masking and distracting the anxiety and not living life. And the feeling of guilt and loneliness grows because you just keep hurting people around you. It’s a maelström that seems impossible to escape because it fuels itself out of those emotions. It only stays the same at best, and you just grow numb, get lost in it and the weight that you have to carry. And you tried everything to get out of it: all sorts of med, seeing every professional out there, meditation, read every book on the subject, but nothing takes care of the problem. At best, a little relief for a few days, but then you are back into it again.


I get you. It’s not your fault and I can help you. But before you make any decisions about joining the program, I encourage you to do your research. I hope I can be this person for you but you need to decide this for yourself.
